We are happy to offer you free ground shipping to all US States via USPS on all full-priced orders (excludes overseas territories).
Orders within the US will be processed within 1-2 business days, and then shipped within 5-7 business days. If you place an order on an evening or weekend, it will be processed on the following business day.
Shortly after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also login to your account to track your order.
Our return policy
We work hard to bring you great quality and hope you and your child love your Fields Footwear. If, however, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn footwear for a refund via one of two options.
*Please note we are only able to return items placed directly from fieldsfootwear.com. If you purchased your Fields Footwear from another retailer, please contact them for their return policy.
We offer two refund options for returnable merchandise. You can enjoy free return shipping and receive a merchandise credit. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.) Or pay $9.95 shipping and receive a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note: Returned items must meet all of the following criteria: Final-sale items are not eligible for return. Non-final sale items can be returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be in original condition. Footwear must be unworn and all original packaging, tags, paperwork, and accessories must be included.
Making a return
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us which of our two return options you prefer. (If you return multiple items from an order, your return preference will apply to all of those items.)
Make sure all of the items are in their original condition. Be sure to include any packaging in your box.
Once you've received your prepaid return label via email, simply stick it on the box and bring it to the specified carrier drop-off location listed in the directions. (Be sure to write down the tracking number if you'd like to track the package.)
We do recommend that you use the Fields Footwear return label. It helps us process your return much faster. If you would prefer to use another shipping carrier, please send your package to the address listed on the front of your box. You'll just pay that carrier's shipping fee whether you opt for Fields Footwear Credit or a refund. We recommend using a traceable delivery method as Fields Footwear is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
For your protection, you may want to insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your merchandise credit or refund. We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Then, once it's accepted and processed, you'll receive a Fields Footwear Credit within one to two business days if you chose merchandise credit. If you opted for cash back, we'll refund your original form of payment (minus the cost of return shipping) in about seven business days. For returns from Alaska and Hawaii, air-shipping rates apply for both return options.
Free return shipping
If you choose to have your return refund applied to Fields Footwear Credit, there is no fee for our standard return label (does not cover Alaska, or Hawaii returns). If you choose to be refunded to your original form of payment, we will deduct $9.95 from your refund for each return label used.
Adding items to existing returns
You cannot add any additional items to existing returns. Each return label must reflect all items in the box.
Sometimes our products are available in limited quantities. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges. Our 10-day Returns policy allows you to easily send it back if it's less than what you'd hoped for.
You may be able to place a new order for an alternate size or color and return your original purchase, as long as all of the following conditions can be satisfied:
- The original purchase was not final sale.
- The original item can be returned within our returns guidelines.
- The alternate item is still available in stock.
Using the shipping label
We suggest using the shipping label we provide. This helps us process your return faster. Just go to your email and follow the simple steps there.

Once we accept and process your return, please allow about one to two business days to receive a Fields Footwear Credit. If you chose to make your return for a refund, you will see the amount reflected on your original form of payment within seven business days.
Our 10-day return policy
By keeping the return window to this 10-day time period, we are able to keep our styles in stock for all of our prospective customers.
Returning a gift
Gifts may be returned for a Fields Footwear Credit only. To return a gift for Fields Footwear Credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your packing slip, which lists your order number, ready.
Please note: We must receive the returned merchandise within 10 days of its original delivery date in order to issue a merchandise credit.
Note: Gift purchasers may also return the gift through the normal returns process for a full refund minus return shipping costs.
We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 10 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after this period cannot be accepted, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and won’t be able to issue your merchandise credit or refund.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items
Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error from Fields Footwear, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please provide order information, any available photos, and a brief description of the problem and you will receive a response within 3-5 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience the issue may have caused you and look forward to assisting you.
Final-sale items cannot be returned.
All Fields Footwear return labels are for domestic U.S. shipments only. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to the U.S. from locations outside of the U.S.
